What is ParentSquare?

Why did Springs Valley switch to ParentSquare?

• We believe that ParentSquare will improve communication through one, unified platform for all communication, more parent/guardian involvement, more robust engagement features, an app for mobile users, two-way language translation and other features that ParentSquare provides.

How do I use ParentSquare?

• Parents/guardians of Springs Valley students as well as staff members will receive alerts and special notices, such as cancellation and delay messages, sent to the phone numbers and email addresses Springs Valley has listed for you in our Skyward student management system even if you don't do anything with ParentSquare. If you find that you are not receiving these messages, please contact the school office at 812-936-9984.
• To take full advantage of ParentSquare, go to ParentSquare.com and login or download the ParentSquare app on your Apple or Android device.  As a Springs Valley parent or guardian, you should receive an invitation to join ParentSquare to set up your Springs Valley ParentSquare account if your phone and email address are listed in Springs Valley's system.  However, if you do not receive a notification, you can go to the ParentSquare website at parentsquare.com or download the app and request account access.

• Remember: Just as with our previous message system, Parents' and guardians' phone numbers and email addresses that are used with ParentSquare come from our the information we have on file in our Springs Valley's Skyward student management system.  You can login to your Skyward Family Access accounnt to view your contact information.
